Who is Mountain Momma?

Hey yall!

Hey y’all! Mountain Momma here! Welcome to my site! (((((HUG))))) That’s how we do it around here, a big ‘ol hug from me to you! I have seen 36 trips around our big sun, and I am married to my best friend!

Our Family

We live in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee with our two precious boys and sweet rescue kitties. Life ain’t always easy in a small-town though! Haha! But it is a beautiful life.

Hobbies Anyone?!

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I also love reading and learning about new topics. Some of my other hobbies are cooking and doing my nails. I also love photography, creating digital images and anything to do with art.

Jack of all trades-master of none! Haha!

When COVID hit, I was going to school to be a teacher. As schools shut down and I began to homeschool my son, I put that on hold to focus on teaching him. I also found a new hobby- doing my nails with dip powders.

Along the way, I opened Mountain Momma’s Dips. For a while this business thrived until things changed. I will explain more in my blog (Coffee Time) as time goes on. My husband and I also own and operate Appalachian Custom Calls- a custom game call company.

What I am doing now!

I am currently a student at Liberty University Online majoring in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Social Media Management and a declared minor in Evangelism. I still own and operate MMD, but I don’t have many orders these days. My calling in life is to show others the love of Jesus while telling my story and helping those in darkness find freedom in the light of the Lord.

Thank you for being here!

If you have made it this far, I am so glad you are here! I am praying for you, and I hope you find encouragement in this place. If I can pray for you specifically, fill out this form- Contact.

I also hope you can use the tips and tricks shared to enhance your daily life. Remember, all things are possible with God!

Love y’all!
